Since probably the 70s and convenience, we've all been conditioned to think we need to have things wrapped in plastic, or we need to buy toxic cleaning product to keep our home from being dirty. Or we need this and we need that, and just end up accumulating a lot of "stuff" that we really don't need. Please start to think more and make decisions for yourself and your family, try to make more mindful choices. Do you really need to pick up a plastic bag at the supermarket to put that veg in or will it be perfectly fine without it? Do you really need to buy another toxic filled cleaning product to add to your ever expending collection, or could you just make up a quick and easy natural recipe (see my story highlights for suggestions)? Do you really need to buy that dress from Primark (I'd suggest watching Stacey Dooley documentary on fashion before you do), or do you already have one very similar in you wardrobe already? Simple decisions and simple actions make a massive difference in the world, you don't have to be a tree hugger to be the change (although the trees do appreciate a hug now and then).
